Headon Hospitality Pvt Ltd was officially incorporated on 28th July 2023 with a vision to build a diversified, growth-oriented, and professionally managed enterprise. Founded under the leadership of Anil Kumar Jha, the company began its journey with a strong foundation of corporate experience, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial ambition.
From its inception, Headon focused on creating a multi-business platform capable of serving diverse industries and market segments. What started as a vision has rapidly evolved into a growing business group with presence across Beverages, Distribution, Retail, Consultancy Services, and FMCG sectors.
Within a short span, the company successfully established its beverage distribution operations with packaged drinking water brands ECO Clear and NEO H2O, expanding its reach across B2B and B2C markets in India. Simultaneously, Headon strengthened its retail and distribution network in stationery, lifestyle products, crockery, gifting solutions, and institutional supplies.
As part of its expansion roadmap, the company is further diversifying into Carbonated Soft Drinks through Delhi Jeera and entering the healthy snacking segment with premium Faux Nut (Makhana) products for domestic and export markets.
